1997—Kathryn Engelhardt-Cronk beta tests social service data tracking software after 25 years of management in large health and human service organizations.
1999—Community TechKnowledge incorporates as a privately owned company
2000—Formed Board of Directors and developed an investment group that has funded over $3m in research and development and operating capital.
2004—Today, CTK provides software solutions for hundreds of nonprofit service providers and funding organizations across the U.S. and in the U.K., with over 200,000 professionals accessing CTK databases daily, storing and securing in excess of 2.5 million records, 2004 is CTK’s first year of profitability.
2005—CTK moves to new offices in beautiful downtown Austin.
2006—Wins several prestigious local business awards. Enjoys 30% profit growth
2007—CTK launches new product for small nonprofits—Apricot.
2008—CTK reaches 3,500 customer mark.
