Refugee Action of UK Announces Selection of Community TechKnowledge as Software Provider

Austin, TX, March 1, 2005–Community TechKnowledge, Inc. (CTK), a leading provider of online case management, call center and outcomes data management software solutions for not-for-profit organizations, and London, England-based Refugee Action, an internationally recognized agency that enables refugees to build new lives in the UK, today announced an agreement for CTK to provide a comprehensive case management and outcomes reporting software solution to Refugee Action.

The Gallery Partnership and CTK will collaborate on Refugee Action’s system deployment and ongoing service requirements. The Gallery Partnership will ensure that Refugee Action has all the support necessary to successfully deploy their CTK software solution by their target date of July, 2005.
